Invalid or nonexistend Document

I got a Button in the users Mailtemplates where i send a mail into a Mail-In Box:

doc.SendTo = "mailinbox@mailinbox.com"
doc.send(false)

This works fine so far for dozens of users, but 3 users (1 is the admin) got the "Invalid or nonexistend Document" Error on the doc.send(false) line...

We tried already the following
- fixup
- rebuild -R mail\filename.nsf
- Shift-F9 on the users mail.box

all with no success... tried also a workaround with with the uinotesdocument object, which works ok on my 8.5.3, but it results in a Notes Crash in 8.5.2..

Any ideas?
